2012 - 2014

These assorted crochet balls filled with bells were made in the Midwest when I lived there for a couple of years with my family. I had grown up in the south with both of my grandmothers using a crochet hook to make blankets and round doilies for our dining room table. The repetitive motion of working in rows or in rounds with a hook and yarn seems like a visual representation of how sounds and thoughts weave through our minds.
